Domaine de Palejay
A couple from Newcastle/Provence producing wines in the Rhone valley. Their 2006 Rouge was selected for the Gala Dinner which ended the Newcastle/Gateshead EAT Festival 2008. The vineyards are at a higher specification than the French standard, and use conservation farming techniques, which produce more concentrated fruit, as well as respecting the environment. Their wine is estate bottled.
